Fraz Farhat was born in Pakistan, but was raised in the UK. He graduated in Engineering from the University of Leeds.

In 2000, he successfully graduated from the University of Medina from the faculty of Sharia. He is currently studying with Shaikh Haitham al-Haddad and Shaikh Abu Abdirahman Al-Libee. He is a physics teacher by profession and he delivers weekly circles on sirah and tafseer in Tooting. He also appears on Islamic QA on Islam Channel and is an instructor for Al-Kauthar. He also translated the book ‘The three abandoned prayers’ by Shaykh Adnan Aroor.
